CPA Licensed Audit Senior Manager

Job Summary

Leading assurance engagements for tax-exempt organizations, the full-time CPA Licensed Audit Senior Manager will manage multiple audits, serve as the primary client contact, and ensure technical quality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead multiple audit and assurance engagements from planning through final review and delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and managing engagement economics
• Coach and develop team members, providing feedback and contributing to training in industry specialties

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a closely related field
• Active CPA license
• Ten or more years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on audit and assurance
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing staff accountants
• Five or more years of assurance experience in tax-exempt organizations with substantial Single Audit experience
