Job Summary
To strengthen client relationships and reduce attrition, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Client Experience Director will manage the client retention strategy, oversee client feedback programs, and enable partners and teams to deliver exceptional service across audit, tax, and advisory services.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the client retention strategy, including goals and KPIs
- Design and manage a client feedback program to gather insights and drive service improvements
- Coach partners and managers on relationship management and proactive communication strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field; CPA (active or eligible) strongly preferred
- 12+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, with substantial time in audit and/or tax at the manager level or above
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and leading client service initiatives
- Executive presence and ability to influence C-level clients and firm leadership
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
