Job Summary
To deliver strategic financial solutions to clients navigating complex business environments, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Consulting Director will lead high-impact engagements across audit readiness, technical accounting, ERP transformation, and M&A while managing client relationships and developing a team of accounting professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements across multiple service areas including Audit Readiness/SOX Compliance, M&A/Due Diligence, and ERP Integration
- Partner with CFO organizations to deliver strategic financial leadership and measurable results
- Manage client relationships with a focus on quality delivery and exceeding expectations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in public accounting and industry
- Demonstrated expertise in technical accounting and audit readiness
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite
