Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on CPA Licensed Controller to lead the accounting organization in a remote, full-time capacity, focusing on financial reporting integrity, audit processes, and team development while building scalable accounting infrastructure for a growing SaaS business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Oversee the annual audit process and manage tax compliance with external advisors
- Design and implement internal controls to strengthen financial governance and accountability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership roles such as Controller or Assistant Controller
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience leading financial statement audits
- Experience in SaaS or high-growth environments is strongly preferred
