CPA Licensed Controller
Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing public digital asset and financial services firm, the remote CPA Licensed Controller will manage the corporate accounting function, oversee financial reporting under US GAAP, and implement accounting policies while collaborating with the CFO.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the corporate accounting function, including general ledger and global close processes
- Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting policies
- Drive public company reporting and manage relationships with auditors and tax advisors
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; active CPA required
- 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with significant leadership responsibility
- Expert in US GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
- Strong background in public company reporting and SEC compliance
- Experience in digital asset/cryptocurrency or treasury management is a plus
