CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing public digital asset and financial services firm, the remote CPA Licensed Controller will lead the accounting function, oversee financial reporting, and implement accounting policies while collaborating closely with the CFO.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the corporate accounting function, including general ledger, consolidations, and global close processes
• Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements under US GAAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all reporting periods
• Drive public company reporting and manage the external audit process, including relationships with auditors and compliance initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; active CPA required
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with significant leadership responsibility
• Expert in US GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
• Strong background in public company reporting, audits, and SEC compliance
• Experience in managing multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations
