CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

Seeking a remote CPA Licensed Controller, this full-time opportunity will lead the corporate accounting function, oversee financial reporting under US GAAP, and implement accounting policies while partnering with the CFO in a rapidly growing digital asset firm.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the corporate accounting function, including general ledger and global close processes
• Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Drive public company reporting and manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; active CPA required
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with significant leadership responsibility
• Expertise in US GAAP, with knowledge of IFRS being a plus
• Strong experience with public company reporting, audits, and SEC compliance
• Demonstrated success in building teams and managing projects in high-growth environments
