CPA Licensed Controller
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented CPA Licensed Controller, the fully remote position will lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and provide financial analysis to support business decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the SVP, Accounting & Finance
- Lead the month-end and year-end close, preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reporting
- Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring compliance with accounting practices and financial reporting standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification required
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including prior Controller or senior leadership roles
- Strong technical accounting foundation and knowledge of GAAP
- Proven experience with cost accounting and financial systems, particularly NetSuite
