CPA Licensed Controller
Job Summary
Reporting to the CFO, the full-time CPA Licensed Controller will oversee accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and treasury operations for US and international subsidiaries, leading a team of approximately 13 professionals in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting for the firm's US and International subsidiaries
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Evaluate and improve accounting processes, workflows, systems, and internal controls to drive efficiency and scalability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA strongly preferred
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant experience in a Controller or similar leadership role
- Experience managing accounting operations for multiple legal entities, preferably across international jurisdictions
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and internal controls
