CPA Licensed Controller
Job Summary
To ensure the integrity and scalability of accounting operations, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Controller will manage the monthly close process, oversee audits, and develop pricing and billing solutions while leading the accounting team.
Key responsibilities
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Lead the consolidated US audit and manage internal controls with a focus on SOX readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable pricing, packaging, and billing solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Active CPA license
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2-4 years in a Controller role
- Strong command of US GAAP with SaaS revenue recognition experience (ASC 606)
- Experience managing accounting teams and supporting external audits
