CPA Licensed Corporate Controller

Job Summary

Overseeing daily accounting operations, the full-time CPA Licensed Corporate Controller will manage the preparation of financial statements, the monthly close process, and ensure compliance with GAAP while working remotely in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Own the monthly close process, including all reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Manage accounting operational functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA or similar certification required
• Proven experience as a Controller, preferably at a major accounting firm
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial processes
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, experience with Intacct a plus
