Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on CPA Licensed Director of Accounting, the full-time remote position will manage core accounting operations, oversee the month-end close, and ensure the integrity of accounting systems while partnering with various teams to drive process improvements and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate debt accounting, intercompany billing, and the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable operations and cash accounting activities, including vendor payment reviews and bank reconciliations
- Lead automation initiatives and develop standardized accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and support team growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Active CPA license
- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience in multi-entity environments
