CPA Licensed Director of Finance

Job Summary

To support a growing eCommerce business, the full-time CPA Licensed Director of Finance will manage the accounting function end-to-end, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, and the development of accounting processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly close and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and accuracy of financial data
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital planning, while maintaining banking and lender relationships
• Design and implement accounting processes for wholesale and marketplace expansion, improving month-end close efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in eCommerce with omnichannel exposure
• Hands-on experience with month-end close processes, including bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Proficient in financial modeling and variance analysis
• Experience managing cash flow and banking relationships
