CPA Licensed Finance Program Manager
Job Summary
Supporting enterprise-wide financial planning and analytics, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Finance Program Manager will manage complex budgeting processes, lead financial system enhancements, and deliver data-driven insights for strategic decision-making while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and optimize annual budget processes and quarterly reforecasts across multiple markets and entities
- Provide financial analysis and support for income statements, balance sheets, and long-term projections
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership and governance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5 years of experience in healthcare finance, accounting, or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or other BI tools), Excel, and relational databases
- Experience with healthcare claims, eligibility, and financial datasets
- CPA certification preferred
