CPA Licensed Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time CPA Licensed Financial Reporting Manager will focus on external and internal financial reporting, manage quarterly and annual SEC filings, and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial disclosures in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of quarterly 10-Q's and annual 10-K's for SEC financial reporting, including required disclosures and supporting schedules
• Participate in month-end closing by managing key corporate level accounts and preparing monthly financial reports for regulatory stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members to create and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and provide ad hoc analysis support for complex accounting questions

Required qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance
• 5-7 years of experience in a public accounting firm or publicly traded company
• At least 1 year of management experience
• CPA license preferred or CPA eligible
• Proven expertise with Excel; familiarity with SQL and experience with Netsuite or Workiva Wdesk is a plus
