Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and strategic analysis efforts, the hybrid CPA Licensed FP&A Senior Analyst will execute budgeting and forecasting processes, perform variance analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial insights and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Execute budgeting and forecasting processes, including model updates and variance analysis against budget and prior periods
- Analyze key financial and operational KPIs to provide structured insights and collaborate with stakeholders for data validation
- Develop and refine financial models to improve accuracy and support strategic objectives across business units
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA qualified with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling skills, including budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning/Reporting and NetSuite
- Advanced Excel skills for building financial models to support decision-making
