CPA Licensed Global Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day delivery of accurate and compliant accounting across multiple international entities, the full-time CPA Licensed Global Accounting Manager will mentor a remote team, coordinate month-end close activities, and partner with various departments to ensure effective accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee accounting activities across multiple countries and time zones, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Mentor and develop accountants, setting clear priorities and maintaining consistent operational practices across the team
• Implement and monitor accounting controls while collaborating with cross-functional teams on financial processes and audit management

Required qualifications

• CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 6 years of overall experience, including 2 years in corporate accounting and 3-4 years of audit firm experience
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience managing accounting processes across multiple countries
