CPA Licensed Global Tax Director

Job Summary

Leading the global tax department, the full-time salaried CPA Licensed Global Tax Director will be responsible for strategic tax planning, compliance, and oversight of a team, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the corporate headquarters in Broomfield, CO.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's tax strategy and policy across federal, state, local, and international laws
• Oversee tax compliance, accounting, and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns
• Lead and mentor the corporate tax team, fostering a culture of growth and high performance

Required qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of U.S. federal and/or state corporate tax experience, preferably in both public accounting and industry
• Bachelor's degree in tax or equivalent; advanced degree (MST and/or J.D.) preferred
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and U.S. GAAP
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, time-sensitive projects and communicate effectively with leadership
• Strong understanding of U.S. corporate tax law and global tax strategy development
