CPA Licensed M&A Accounting Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the accounting for mergers and acquisitions, the full-time remote CPA Licensed M&A Accounting Manager will manage deal accounting processes, assist with acquisition integration reviews, and perform technical accounting analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Support the process of accounting for and reporting of acquisitions and divestitures
- Assist with drafting accounting work plans and coordinate their execution with Carrier businesses
- Perform technical accounting analysis and support annual goodwill and intangibles impairment testing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
- 3+ years handling M&A activities (acquisitions and divestitures)
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economic field with active CPA license preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on experience executing complex M&A transactions
- Proficiency with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and enterprise ERP systems
