Job Summary
To drive business development and lead complex client engagements, the full-time hybrid CPA Licensed Managing Director will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, oversee strategic client relationships, and contribute to the firm's growth across various industries.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high-impact client engagements, ensuring quality execution and client satisfaction
- Advise executive leadership on technical accounting, financial reporting, and strategic business initiatives
- Drive business development through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in public accounting, accounting advisory, consulting, or corporate accounting/finance
- Minimum of 2 years of experience at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC)
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
- Experience mentoring and developing professionals across various levels
