CPA Licensed Revenue Compliance Director

Job Summary

Leading a specialized team, the full-time CPA Licensed Revenue Compliance Director will oversee usage execution, establish product launch controls, and ensure compliance with partnership arrangements while serving as the primary compliance lead for usage-related SOX controls and audits.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team focused on Partnerships/Royalty, Money/Engineering Compliance, and Issue Resolution
• Ensure accuracy and SOX compliance of all usage-related processes prior to customer billing and revenue conversion
• Manage outbound/inbound royalty reporting and complex reconciliations to eliminate operational risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; CPA license preferred
• 12+ years of relevant experience in revenue accounting, IT audit, and SOX control frameworks
• Familiarity with ASC 606, particularly in consumption-based revenue models and complex partner agreements
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and collaborating with executive leadership across various functions
• Strong technical acumen in bridging product metering systems with accounting rules and contract terms
