CPA Licensed Rillet Practice Leader

Job Summary

To establish a new practice from the ground up, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Rillet Practice Leader will manage the Rillet alliance relationship, lead the go-to-market strategy, and build a team of professionals to deliver AI-native ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship with Rillet, coordinating co-selling, training, and joint marketing activities
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for the Rillet practice, focusing on pipeline development and opportunity qualification
• Build and oversee the Rillet implementation practice, setting delivery methodologies and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or technology consulting with ERP implementation exposure
• Experience managing vendor alliances or strategic partnerships, preferably with a SaaS or fintech company
• Proven track record of building or scaling a service line or team within a professional services organization
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in go-to-market planning and revenue growth
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
