CPA Licensed Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

To shape financial insight across the organization, the full-time salaried CPA Licensed Vice President of Finance will manage financial reporting, planning, and budgeting processes while collaborating with senior leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for the accuracy and timely delivery of financial statements and oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close results
• Lead the annual financial statement audits and coordinate audit strategy, issue resolution, and communications with auditors and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain the comprehensive enterprise-wide long-term financial model, incorporating business plans and strategic priorities

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• Active CPA license preferred
• Prior experience as a Controller or senior finance leader with responsibility for financial reporting and planning
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience building or scaling finance capabilities at an early-stage or growth-stage company
