Job Summary
Leading the global accounting and controllership function, the full-time remote CPA Licensed VP Finance will manage financial reporting integrity, oversee system optimization for NetSuite and OneStream, and drive multinational finance operations while embracing automation and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate consolidated financial statements
- Drive system optimization and workflow automation across financial processes, partnering with IT and FP&A
- Manage complexities of multinational operations, including multi-currency consolidation and compliance with accounting policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 15+ years of progressive accounting/controllership experience in a multinational company
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and experience with project-based accounting
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and OneStream for global consolidation and reporting
- Proven track record in managing global teams and driving process improvement through automation
