CPA Revenue Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a meticulous and analytically minded Revenue Accounting & Controls Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the accuracy, completeness, and reporting of healthcare services revenue and accounts receivable while ensuring robust internal controls and vendor accountability.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive financial accuracy and integrity by owning the full ledger and overseeing the monthly close process
• Elevate vendor accountability by auditing outsourced revenue cycle management performance and tracking contractual SLAs
• Eliminate revenue leakage through proactive investigation of billing issues and collaboration with operational teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue and accounts receivable controls
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, and healthcare reimbursement frameworks
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reporting tools like NetSuite and SQL
• Experience managing financial performance and SLA oversight for external vendors
• CPA certification preferred, along with a background in outpatient healthcare or physical therapy
