CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Supporting the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, the full-time remote CPA Senior Accountant will manage external filings, equity accounting, and technical accounting activities while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support external filings and internal reporting, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements
• Manage equity accounting under ASC 718, including stock-based compensation journal entries and reconciliations
• Research and analyze U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance, contributing to technical accounting memorandums and supporting audits and SOX compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting experience, preferably with Big Four
• Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• General knowledge of stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work within tight deadlines
