CPA Senior Accountant
Job Summary
To support financial operations, the full-time salaried CPA Senior Accountant will ensure proper classification of fixed assets and construction in progress, adhere to month-end close processes, and play a key role in implementing new Fixed Assets software in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure proper classification of fixed assets and construction in progress (CIP) according to US GAAP
- Adhere to month-end close process for fixed assets, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
- Assist with year-end audits, including roll-forwards, schedules, and support requests
Required qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of relevant accounting and financial analysis experience
- CPA highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred
- Experience in data center, real estate, or construction industries is beneficial
