CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Owning day-to-day accounts payable operations, the full-time Sr. Accountant will manage month-end close processes, including customer invoicing and revenue recognition, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable operations and audit Expensify reports
• Facilitate month-end close activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting
• Participate in annual financial audits and corporate tax filings

Required qualifications

• BS or higher degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA certification is required
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including time at an audit firm and a technology company
• Proficient in NetSuite and familiar with Expensify or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
