CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support growth in a remote environment, the full-time salaried CPA Senior Accountant will manage the month-end close process, prepare journal entries, and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned areas of the month-end close, including journal entry preparation and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain and enhance internal controls over financial reporting and document processes for consistency
• Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and assist with audit requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with a minimum of four years of accounting experience in corporate and public accounting environments
• At least one year of experience in a corporate accounting team managing full-cycle month-end close processes
• CPA or CPA candidate status
• Strong technical skills in US GAAP and advanced Excel capabilities
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems and close management software
