CPA Senior Accountant
Job Summary
To support a fast-growing brand, the remote Senior Accountant will prepare financial statements, manage account reconciliations, and oversee lease accounting while ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and support external audit processes
- Manage lease accounting under ASC 842, including prepaid expenses and intercompany reconciliations
- Track fixed assets and collaborate with the tax team on related matters
Required qualifications
- CPA license
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a senior accounting role
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
