CPA Senior Audit Associate

Job Summary

To support a high-impact winter Busy Season engagement, the remote Senior Audit Associate in Asset & Wealth Management will lead audit execution for diverse clients, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and PCAOB standards while working 40-55+ hours per week, including peak overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day audit execution across complex AWM client engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Perform substantive testing and risk assessments in specialized asset management areas, including investment valuation and financial statement disclosures
• Delegate, coach, and review the work of staff associates across distributed, virtual teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive external audit experience within public accounting, preferably with a Big 4 or top-tier firm
• Direct audit experience in the Asset & Wealth Management sector, including private equity and hedge funds
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB regulations, and SEC reporting guidelines
• Availability to commit to 40-55+ hours per week, including peak-period overtime and weekend work
