Job Summary
Leading finance modernization initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Finance & Accounting Transformation will manage the alignment of finance, accounting, and technology strategies while driving enterprise transformation programs in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Finance & Accounting transformation strategy and oversee SAP S/4HANA initiatives
- Drive optimization of global finance processes, enhancing scalability and efficiency across various functions
- Champion stakeholder engagement and organizational readiness, facilitating executive decision-making and training
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and active CPA certification
- 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including public company environments
- 5+ years of public accounting experience, preferably with a Big Four firm
- Proven success in leading large-scale ERP implementations and finance transformations
- Strong leadership capabilities in process optimization and organizational change management
