CPA Senior External Reporting Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the remote Senior External Reporting Manager will oversee corporate reporting, technical accounting, and financial statement preparation while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and enhancing reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and publication of U.S. GAAP financial statements, coordinating with external auditors
• Oversee corporate reporting submissions to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
• Provide technical accounting guidance and evaluate complex transactions under U.S. GAAP

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or equivalent professional certification
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate reporting or public accounting, preferably in the CPG industry
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with a focus on talent development and change management
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting systems and U.S. GAAP requirements
