CPA Senior Finance Consultant

Job Summary

Leading financial planning and analysis initiatives, the full-time Senior Finance Consultant will oversee the production and reconciliation of financial statements, coordinate project assignments, and guide department co-workers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of business cases and coordinate data collection for strategic initiatives
• Manage the mid-month forecasting process and transition it to an automated, AI-driven approach
• Oversee financial analyses, including annual ROIC analysis and data integration for financial planning tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of accounting or financial analysis experience
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and executive-level presentations
• CPA preferred, with experience in healthcare financial reporting being a plus
