CPA Senior Manager, International Reporting

Job Summary

To build and lead the accuracy and compliance of international reporting, the remote Senior Manager, International Reporting will manage statutory reporting, sustainability reporting, and technical accounting for Oura's international entities while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end statutory reporting for international entities, including preparation and review of local financial statements and audits
• Lead sustainability reporting obligations and establish the data and control foundation for ESG reporting
• Oversee technical accounting for the international entity structure and advise on accounting impacts of new entities and restructurings

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 or national firm experience and multinational industry exposure
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and an active CPA (or equivalent)
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and experience with statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong technical expertise in foreign currency, intercompany accounting, and transfer pricing coordination
• Experience with sustainability reporting and ERP/consolidation systems, such as NetSuite or Workiva, is strongly preferred
