CPA Senior Manager Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

Leading a team of Business Operations Analysts and Revenue Cycle Specialists, the full-time Senior Manager Revenue Cycle Operations will oversee revenue cycle management, client SLA delivery, and financial analysis while driving process improvements and maximizing revenue recognition in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop a team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of excellence
• Oversee the execution and quality monitoring of revenue cycle activities, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of financial targets
• Develop strategies for payment processing and accounts receivable management, including invoicing automation support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, actuarial science, or business administration
• 8+ years of direct people leadership experience in a finance, accounting, or revenue cycle role
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and revenue cycle practices
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
