CPA Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

To support timely and compliant financial reporting, the full-time remote CPA Senior Revenue Accountant will lead journal entry preparation, perform month-end close activities, and analyze trends in financial data while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial results
• Perform month-end and quarter-end close activities, identifying variances and recommending process improvements
• Collaborate with finance and business partners to provide accounting insights and support initiatives impacting the general ledger

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional accounting experience in public accounting or industry
• Active CPA license (strongly preferred) with strong technical accounting knowledge
• Experience with period-end close activities and variance analysis in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency in modern ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for managing large datasets
