CPA Senior Revenue Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing M&A Accounting Operations team, the full-time temporary CPA Senior Revenue Manager will manage revenue operations related to mergers and acquisitions, overseeing financial integrations and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with finance, operations, IT, and business leads to drive mergers and acquisitions from diligence to full integration
- Analyze revenue recognition implications of acquisitions and provide guidance on new business models
- Manage a team responsible for financial analysis, journal entries, and compliance with SOX standards
Required qualifications:
- CPA license is mandatory
- 7+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and private industry
- Experience with ASC 606 and ASC 805 accounting standards
- Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks
- Knowledge of revenue recognition processes and financial integration practices
