CPA Senior Revenue Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time salaried CPA Senior Revenue Manager will oversee the end-to-end revenue lifecycle and order-to-cash operations while managing a team focused on technical revenue accounting under ASC 606 in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end revenue accounting operations, including billing systems, contract reviews, invoicing, collections, and cash application
• Directly manage and mentor a Senior Accountant, Revenue, and an Accounts Receivable Specialist, setting operational priorities and reviewing technical revenue schedules
• Serve as the subject matter expert for complex revenue arrangements and formulate revenue accounting policies as new products and pricing models launch

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 4+ years in technical revenue recognition (ASC 606) and order-to-cash operations within SaaS or tech companies
• 2+ years of direct people management experience with a proven track record in mentoring revenue and AR professionals
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 606 and ASC 340-40) and revenue audit requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation required (active or inactive)
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and billing engines, as well as CRM platforms like Salesforce
