CPA Tax Reviewer and Signer

Job Summary

To support the launch of a new tax practice, the fully remote Senior Tax Reviewer and Signer will review and sign tax returns, provide client explanations and advice, and have the flexibility to set their own hours, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and sign tax returns prepared by the team, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Provide clear explanations of tax returns and positions to clients, offering planning and advisory services as needed
• Collaborate with leadership to develop processes and train support staff as the practice grows

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted CPA or EA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in US tax
• Proven experience reviewing and signing tax returns for clients
• Strong adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients
• Fluency in English
