CPA Transaction Advisory Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing Transaction Advisory Services practice, the full-time CPA Transaction Advisory Consultant will perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers, analyzing financial data and collaborating with clients remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform and assist in buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements
- Analyze large volumes of data to prepare detailed financial analyses and reports
- Lead due diligence meetings and communicate findings effectively to clients
Required qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in audit or transaction services
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Current licensed CPA preferred
- Experience with Big 4, National, or large regional firms preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
