CPA Vice President of Accounting

Job Summary

Leading a team of approximately 16 professionals, the full-time remote Vice President of Global Accounting will oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions while building processes and systems to support the company's growth and public-company readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership across corporate accounting, ensuring timely and accurate financial results in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Support the design and implementation of a scalable SOX compliance framework and strengthen the accounting organization's infrastructure
• Lead the standardization and optimization of global accounting processes, leveraging technology and automation for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience with a proven track record in leading complex accounting organizations in a global environment
• Public-company accounting experience with a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX, and audit requirements
• Demonstrated success in accounting transformation, process standardization, and automation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
