Job Summary
Supporting patients throughout their resupply journey, the full-time CPAP Resupply Specialist will coordinate CPAP supply needs, resolve service issues, and ensure a seamless experience remotely while serving as a subject matter expert.
Key responsibilities
- Manage resupply needs for patients, including order coordination and issue resolution with the outsourced partner
- Provide excellent customer service through email, chat, and phone interactions, addressing escalations and inquiries promptly
- Assist in streamlining processes and implementing departmental changes to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in a call center
- Strong product knowledge in DME or CPAP supplies, with a commitment to client care
- Ability to work standard business hours in the Pacific Standard Time Zone
