Job Summary
Assisting in the management of the Patient Contact Center, the full-time CPAR Certified Revenue Cycle Lead will monitor call volumes, handle specialty accounts, and support staff to ensure exceptional customer service while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Patient Contact Center, ensuring service standards are met
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing training and support as needed
- Oversee specialty accounts, including high balance and deceased accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines
Required qualifications
- CPAR Certification
- High School Diploma
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in collections, hospital, or business office settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Revenue Cycle systems
- Knowledge of state collection laws and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
