A company is looking for a Multi Specialty Pro-fee Claims Scrubber Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee the Physician Coding Production and claim scrubber edits team
- Conduct quality assurance and productivity oversight for direct reports on a monthly basis
- Coach, mentor, and counsel front-end coders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; relevant experience may substitute for formal education or advanced degree
- CPC certification from AAPC
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables
- Experience supervising coding teams
- Good organizational skills
