CPC Certified Coding Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote CPC Certified Coding Analyst will monitor and optimize coding and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while serving as a liaison among clinical departments and revenue cycle services.

Key responsibilities

• Regularly review billing activities and provide detailed summaries of findings to administration and clinical staff
• Develop and implement policies to optimize provider reimbursement and educate staff on billing and coding issues
• Lead reimbursement projects, perform coding audits, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards

Required qualifications

• Current CPC certification with knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or RN with five years of related work experience
• Proven experience with electronic health records and medical billing procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
