CPC Certified Medical Coding Associate

Job Summary

To enhance customer adoption of the athenaOne Medical Coding Service, the full-time Senior Coding Associate of Customer Insights will evaluate customer readiness, analyze provider documentation, and design process improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze provider documentation and customer configurations to identify improvement opportunities
• Manage multiple complex projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Create informative project presentations tailored to various audiences, including internal teams and customers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• CPC and/or CCS certification from AAPC or AHIMA required
• 3+ years of professional experience in Medical Coding
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies preferred
