CPC Certified Revenue Cycle Director

Job Summary

To support rapid growth in revenue cycle operations, the remote CPC Certified Revenue Cycle Director will manage billing team leaders, oversee end-to-end revenue cycle processes, and direct contracting and credentialing efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor billing team managers, establishing performance metrics and team engagement strategies
• Own and optimize revenue cycle management operations, including claims management and appeals processes
• Direct the full payor onboarding lifecycle and train managers on compliance best practices

Required qualifications

• CPC and/or CPB certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership
• Expertise in telemedicine billing and coding for substance use disorders
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring lower-level managers or team leads
