Job Summary
A company is looking for a CPE Program Supervisor - Clinical Pastoral Education.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and education within the CPE Program, coordinating units of CPE and providing spiritual care
- Facilitate communication between clinical leadership and the chaplaincy team, and address performance issues of CPE students
- Recruit, schedule, and supervise CPE programs while ensuring adherence to accreditation standards and ethical directives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Completed four or more units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
- Board certification by a professional certifying organization
- ACPE Certified Educator or Certified Educator Candidate
- Master's degree in Theology or Pastoral Studies
- 4 years of progressive experience as a Chaplain
