Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Supervisor, Market Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage performance, including coaching, mentoring, and employee evaluations
• Serve as a liaison between the Program Manager and the team, ensuring effective communication
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and reporting on productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma with 4 years of experience in reimbursement or healthcare billing
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a service-driven environment
• Extensive knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefit methodologies
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer payment methodologies
• Strong initiative and ability to lead in a dynamic environment
